How Does It Work:

  • 3 month commitment of at least 3X/week training for 40 min per session.

  • During the initial training period, you learn the Foundational Necessities of proper core breathing, true core strength, and corrective exercises in order to reach your goals.

  • The first 3 months of Foundational Necessities Training have the highest learning curve and the more time you can put into this work, the better the results.

  • Once you’ve created your foundation, you will be able to produce the same results in less time. Therefore, after 3 months of 40 min sessions, if you choose to continue your training, you have the option to switch to 2X/week sessions saving you time and money.
